JDM-030 controller no usb connection

A perfectly working JDM-030 controller but im unable to cablibrate because it doesnt connect via usb.

- Usb daughter board and flex swapped.

- tvs ic removed. usb line filters also checked.

- the diode reading is matching a working jdm-030 (about 0.54 on my dmm on D+ and D- ; no shorts). i checked this until the USB A side, which plugs into the pc.

- still i went ahead and reflowed the main bga ic.

Atm im pretty confident its some frmware corruption ?!

Is there any way to recover this controller? Or any inbuilt mechanism to calibrate a ds4 analog? Thanks
