Title: d-pad solder points+ds screwdriver

ok ill start with the problem ive looked everywhere and cant find a d-pad layout solder points (im doing a simple analog mod) also everyone is talking about the ds screwdriver i just made my own with a di-grinder rotary tool and its bettr than most ones u can buy

okay I away from my main computer right now so I can't edit pics right now but I'll do my best to describe them to you.
ok you should see two contacts for each direction on the dpad I will tell which on you need to solder to.

1. for up you solder to the left contact
2. for right you solder to the bottom contact
3. for down you solder to the right contact
4. for left you solder to the upper contact
5. and for the ground you should see a square with an another square in it below the screen ribbon cable you solder to     there

and that should be it

idk if the ground is an ok spot but r u talking about the the gold square with the little black square in the middle

you that's right but I would use the ground below the screen cable, it's much easier to solder to. and where did you get that picture? I think I've seen it before but I don't know where
