if I were you, use vitamin b-6 as well as vitamin d and calcium, allows for more energetic reps

I recommend sticking to a strict high-protein-no-carb-low-fat diet with your regular physical exercise,I've been on one for the past few years,combined with regular protein (whey) shakes and a thorough workout,also drink masses of water (1.5 litres per day),this will eliminate water retention,tighten skin,and thus improve the definition and growth of muscles and get rid of most remaining fat,remember sugar+protein=fat,multivitamins and other supplements+sugar=fat,so little or no sugar!and don't drink beer or soda on a regular basis,as in only drink either at the weekends or something,or stick to hard liquor XD

meh as far as no carbs go I don't recommend it because I need the energy from the carbs. But I only eat whole wheat carbs, and only before 5 P.M because after that time I am not as active and the excess carbs will most likely convert into sugars which gets stored as fats. But protein is a must. 1g per every lb of lean body mass.

Im not strict about food, i eat what i want, when i want.
But im trying to be more active lately.
