lately I have been playing LOTR: war in the north. this is a great three player system link coop.

you must also be on a 16xxx dashboard for link to work also. If your FSD plug in is not enabled, this is most likely your issue.

im on 16203. and tried the avatar update and it does nothing. named it SystemUpdate. $SystemUpdate and $$ystemUpdate. Nothing.

My bad. I was answering the question as he worded it. Liek you say, friend request is available but nothing else.

Post by: Rodent on April 17, 2013, 02:48:23 PM: Young children if you need help with update for the avatar , disable dashlaunch so it doesnt boot in to FSD. also being you have xex menu loaded on there you need to name the file $$ystemupdate and it will work , if you do the update before you install xex menu then you can do it $systemupdate to update the avatar make sure its avatar update 16203 DO NOT TRY TO UPDATE THE CONSOLE TO NEWER DASHBORD!

do the update thru USB

do you have the right update? also is the file Systemupdate 16203_usb ?

i have a few multiplayer games for retail and rgh.

black ops2. can you do the system link with zombies? i just took the dlc for uprising off my retail and added it to the rgh

Actually that wasnt the problem. The avatar update was already installed :p porbably would have been the problem. And maybe it had something to do with FSD not being on the root of my HDD
