Title: lcd tv leds read more
Post by: 3D0kassiah on May 05, 2013, 11:03:55 AM: well the other dayi went to a buddys house i havent seen in forever we were chit chatting for a bit then i noticed his tv its was a phillps lcd tv
well while his ps3 was playing a movie the back of the tv lit up with leds im assuming :dribble:
not only that but when the image from the movie changed so did the colors :dribble:
so say a scene was on that had fire for instance the leds turned red and say the next scene there was water the leds turned blue
:faint:
i was quite amazed anyone else seen this ?

It was an Ambilight TV (Phillips) , they were the greatest tv's ever imo..unfortunately they stopped making them.

should work with most tv's now days.
