All molds are ready except the bullet molds. Next nice day I will make the pour.
I got a couple hours yesterday to do a pour. First batch with the new molds look great.
All parts are unsanded and unpolished , fresh from the mold. Collection of good molds are as fallows:
PS3: buttons x,o,etc ,

dpad ,

thumb sticks 2parts including skull thumb stick,

triggers 1, triggers 2
l2r2

The mold was so good it got the part #

lil finish work done on trigger

R1/L1 modified with insets for leds in back pre-molded. this one got a couple bubbles in it and is NFG.

XBOX: xbox button also skulled,

buttons ,

thumb sticks also 2 parts with a skulled version available. Dpad and triggers coming soon.

PSP : I didn't forget about my favorite console to mod. I just did buttons for now.

more pics coming.

These are first test batch of new beta's. Final molds (mass production molds need to be made now)
these beta's are on par with my quality, I will be using the beta buttons on the sharpshooter. public buttons will be ready next week. as well as public thumb sticks. Dpads are available now.
notes :
1 vibrator necessary.
2 mass production is very difficult atm due to different pour ratios. thinner parts need more hardener. To much hardener in larger parts makes so bubbles get stuck. So high detail thin parts like the l2/r2 need to be pour by themselves . analog bottoms are also on this pour.
3 analog bottoms are being extraordinarily difficult. I've made the mistake of pouring the same ratio as buttons twice now. part to soft and not complete. Air keeps getting trapped in the round part. This part is so thin, that if  any air bubbles get stuck in there the part is unusable.
mass production molds are started for ps3 buttons and dpad. triggers will not be mass produced and will be special order only.

Yeah the bubble problem is solved now, but before certain molds if they got a bubble in them the pour would be ruined because of how thin the material was.

I was going to talk to admins about that once i had complete sets in production. Last piece of the puzzle still needs to be proved . The bottoms of the analogs are giving me trouble. The weather has been bad and I lost a friend in a motor cycle accident the other day so I have not been working. I will post results soon. White I'll get back to you when I get my head straight.

OK I think I need to put this idle mind and hands back to work on something engaging , so weather permitting Ill be pouring, when the weather wont cooperate Ill be working on final assembly of m16 sharpshooter. So keep an eye for updates.

Nice! !! Did you glued on the leds by the joysticks mechanism?  Also where did you get that button to
turn the leds on/off I been looking all over the place, cause its not a normal tactical button right.
Do you have a tutorial of how to do the drop shot? Or is it in a pic chip mod?
