Dual Analog USB Help
« on: March 15, 2008, 07:08:54 PM »
Hey guys I been searching all over the web how to set the USB thing for the Dual analog. I found some parts on how to make the PS2 analog/USB but when I set up the internal or what I call female port of the analog in the PSP on the side where the PSP analog is and I got it all done then when I try it in a shooting game or something the the guy doesn't move but if I use the the PSP analog that works,..so i looked around on the web looked on how ppl did there dual analog with the USB and from looking at what they did i came up with a map of the whole thing. So i ask if you guys can look at and see if thats right if not please help correct my mistakes.

ok heres what you got wrong:

looks right to me

ok im going to try it and if u can let others check it out i still have the A2d board to do and i heard that was a pain in the a## to do,...but i think the same concept except im just connecting the wire to the A2d board instead of the PSP analog,..

I think you need a ground wire for the a2d board, so it may not work

no that's not right
you need to keep the wires in the same holes they are good where they are at but where the connect to the miniusb is wrong. switch the positions of the brown and green wires, and switch the positions of the blue and red wires
here's what's I'm talking about

you should see the letters A B C D in each picture. that's where you solder each wire to it's corresponding letter

your not listing to me the first diagram was wrong, why should it be right now?
you see the orangish brown wire on the ps2 joystick? we are going to say that the hole it is in is A and the hole to the right of it is B and the hole to the right of it is C and the last hole where you have the BLUE wire is D
You wire the wire in hole A to the green wire on the psp joystick
then you wire that is the in hole B to the orangish brown wire on psp joystick
then you wire that is the in hole c to the Blue wire on psp joystick
Finally you need to wire the wire in hole D to the red wire on the psp joystick

ok srry man,......ok let retrace what u said...
  • The wire in hole A(green wire) will connect to the green wire on the psp joystick
  • The wire in hole B(orange wire) will connect to the orange wire on the psp joystick
  • The wire in hole C(blue wire) will connect to the blue wire on the psp joystick
  • Finally the wire in hole D(red wire) will connect to the red wire on the psp joystick
[if that so then it should come out like this,...
