Wii help! changed to widescreen and can't get back

I change my wii to widescreen and I can't get back to regular screen I can't see any thing either so I need your help!  :beg:

plug it into a mates widescreen TV.
Set it back to normal.

Sorted. Unless you have no friends with widescreen TVs.
In that case your Wii is useless

Thanks but I forgot to post I already fixed it. I was using component cables so I changed to composite and change the setting from there, thanks though.
