Yeah I burned mine out too a few days ago, oh the smoke, I love that they are all brown outside afterwards because they  got so hot, lovely.

Oh by the way, yours don't look any worser than mine, actually mine looks worser.

Have no shame in being kindly and gentle, but if the time comes in the time of your life to kill, kill and have no regret. In the time of your life, live so that, in that wonderous time you shall not add to the misery and sorrow of the world, but shall smile to the infinite delight and mystery of it.

your led's are hitting the UMD cage. or your wire that is routed under the LCD cage is shorting out on the cage when you apply pressure.

and yeah you don't truly tell us whats wrong other than the shorts, burn led's and smoking one(witch would suggest over powering, which leads me to believe that your out of your mind thinking that you need the 5V spot) or what you would like to accomplish with them.

a little more detail and i think we will be able to help you out more

Actually, smoking sounds like you're wiring them in series.

One of them is, lol... I still have other PSP's that sit around...

If someone can show me the right way to wire the 5V and how to wire the UMD door that would be cool  :help:

no, they wouldn't light if they were in series.

why do you need the 5v spot? the only reason you might need that is if you had led's that need more than 3.5v to light.

hear is one of the UMD door's ive done.

Is one of them the clear blue? im going to assume that it is cause it never did work right.... if it is the right trig like it was before, just pull the led and put in a new one.

This one I just finished up, I actually did twist the wires in a drill, just cause i saw you do it. I usually just twist the ends a few times, but it does look more pro when you twist the whole thing.
