What's the best program to make gif files?Can Photoshop CS3 Extended make gifs?I have that..would be a whole lot easier if it did.

You can create gifs using Adobe ImageReady, it comes with all adobe creative suites.

ImageReady is part of Adobe CS2 Creative Suites, all of em i think

Photoshop CS3 Extended is basically imageready and photoshop put together with a new layout and much more features
