ipod bluetooth adapter internal on my psp???
« on: January 14, 2008, 12:11:32 AM »
i have a naviplay bluetooth adapter, and was wondering if it would be possibel to retain the track skip and play/pause features of my headset by using this adapter?

or is there a better one i could use that would retain the same abilities? should i assume that all a2dp enabled transmitters retain this ability???

as an alternative, im also thinking of getting the ever-e a375 adapter and making it internal, that is if i can ever find one  :faint:

It can be done you would just have to wire it into the serial port for the remote functions

here

http://mc.pp.se/psp/phones.xhtml

you would have to wire in the psp remote then, wire the naviplay buttons in place of the remote buttons

as you can see in the link it communicates with the psp for it to do these functions by sending packets of info

to interface the two would require someone who is smarter than me

you might start by finding out how the navplay communicates with the ipood

it would probably simpler to buy a psp bt adapter like the ever-e dongle, and wire it in, but in the case of making the naviplay work, now keep in mind im no expert nor programmer, im guessing i would have to change how the firmware on the bluetooth adapter actually sends packets, or rather how it makes its packets.
