I would like to translate GTA Liberty City Stories in to Russian. Including Audio. I've opened everything except audio files which can be found under
...GTA_Liberty_City_Stories_ISO\PSP_GAME\USRDIR\AUDIO\SET0
Some files with *.raw extension. Is there anybody know what is that and how to edit this file type?
Music and cutscene audio is in AT3 format, I’ve already converted it and modified, you can hare my voice over here
