PSP Ring Of Light in UMD door tut?

Does anyone know of a tutorial for the mod stated above? Or anyone that has done the mod, please post pics or pm or email me some pics please of some steps and where to mount the leds to get a good glow. Thanks

yeh my design is slightly different
but i know how to make a ring of light though ;)


pretty simple :P

remove silver ring from umd door
replace it with a custom made plastic glass ring

drill 4 places on the umd door(where the silver ring was)
dont make them too big, but something like thesame size as the smd leds

glue the plastic ring on the umd door
then glue the leds on the inside of the umd door facing through the holes(of course these leds are already solderd etc..)

wire the leds up to a power source and you are ready to go ;)
