defending my karate title soon

in a few weeks i'm going to be defending my title as irish champion in shotokan karate (in kumite,the actual freestyle fighting bit,not forms),the championships are every 4 years,when i was 10 and only orange belt (1 up from white) i was beating black and brown belts in my age group,heres proof for those skeptics out there look on the 2nd line from the bottom on the far right:

now i'm going back to the competition as a black belt in the 14 n under category,then a few weeks after that i'm going to the world championships in poland cant wait!!wish me luck!!!!!

unless your not ryan dardis, which is also the only ryan up there
or is it 8-11 years of practice/training?

If you read his post,that was 4 years ago at the last championship.He got first.Now he's doing it again.

i am ryan dardis,and i was 10 when i won it and the championships are every 4 years,and that was almost 4 years ago,so i'm competing soon
