what happened lol.... my psp wont work without charger not that i did the thing to battery and no light comes on when charging here is link to show what i did

It was either the wrong pin, or you accidentally cut 2.
I can't tell you for sure as I'm not sure what pin it is supposed to be in the first place. It's something to do with the battery. So if you can't get it to work, just get a replacement from www.dealextreme.com

There is a picture on there which one i cut... But i cant get a new one till im with my dad monday!

You should try soldering the pin back on if you're comfortable with it.

cant lol.... The pin was destroyed..... I took a razer to scrape it off but the pin lol....... Dust........

But my psp still stars normally..... But to use it it must be plugged in and also there is no orange light when plugged in.
