Hey dude!, what happend to it? did you drop it or spill anything over the psp? from what i saw in the video, i looks like the wifi board has gone. this happend to me when i dropped the psp on concrete. it's not to bad to fix but you'll have to take the thing apart to change or a least check out the part. use the breakdown tut here on AM to help with that. it maybe just a matter of bridging the wifi swich, but it's more than likely broken completely.

As said above, Just bridge it. You can also use another button to turn it on/off
