no chip method help plz

listen i need help bad like tonight.. but i soldered the wires for the no chip method and its shooting automatically.. like by itself in rapid fire without me hitting the button.. please help what is going on?

Check your tact switch.
You probably soldered the wrong side.
Look at the pic in the tut.

my tact switch? if your talking about the momentary switch, i didnt ,i tried soldering both sides and it didnt work.. it kept shooting by itself

When you take the switch off, does it still fire?
Is the switch stuck?

when i push the switch in the firing stops.. not its not stuck

i mean could it be the switches? are the switches supposed to say normally open or normally closed????

Please don't post this in multiple places, I sometimes get the feeling that I might die without immediate modding, but it can't be THAT urgent. Anyway, I was going to ask you this in my other reply but yes, that you mention it now, it seems you have the opposite type of switch.

Nah, it's not that. When you soldered to the middle RT (right trigger), you accidentally got a connection to the top aswell as the middle. That is all that I can see that you might have done wrong. Atleast you are luckky...my didn't work at all. And to top it all of...I pulled up the LED by accident. And the alternate hole got burned (my soldering iron doesn't heat well at the tip for some reason! Anyways, get a desoldering thing and restart.

He has an on/off momentary switch, not an off/on one. The one he has is always on, but turns off when pushed as opposed to a regular one which is always off then is on when pushed.
