Why do the Wireless head set stop charging?

hey guys wasup so i had my wireless headset (both halo and regular 360 version)
 die on me ( 2-3 month apart)

so now am left wondering why do they stop charging? and wont turn on no more?
does it got a fuse inside that blows?
has anyone figure out a fix?
do we know why microsoft is so gay about their products dying(rrod bsod lol)(naw this is a joke ques)
if anyone ever figure out a fix for the headset that be awsome

also   anyone figure out how to use the wireless headset with the older controller?

use serch. i had this problem. just take it apart and replace the battery is what 1 of our members said.
