Internal VGA Mod

Some of you may have seen the DIY VGA cable on engadget well this is almost the exact same thing, except completely internal
all wired to the motherboard.

On the back of the case theres the VGA port, a switch to enable or disable the port, and a PC Speaker/Headphone jack
all i have pics of so far is the VGA before i put the case on

The port sitting in its hole... the tabs are now bent down over the sides of the port so it wont move

Heres all you need to know to do it

it shows what all the pins do on the xbox av connector so in addition to attaching vga you should be able to figure out the headphone jack stuff
the only thing is, the pins on the mobo arent all numbered, but since alot of them are, you should be able to figure out the pattern they are in

headphone jack pinout (youll need one that doesnt auto ground and lets you see what goes where on the jack) i got mine from an old cd-rom drive


if you do this good luck on cutting the case (metal and plastic) XP
