UM, I NEED HELP VERY BAD!

damn it all, well heres what happened i bought all these talismoon stuff, vent lights,fan,fan duct,window
and i install them worked fine. i was trying to get the vent lights in the right place i did it and put the 360 cover on and i pushed down on it not too hard and boom everything but the 360 turn off and stops working. the fan does not spin, leds in the fan are on but dim same with the duct. i tried putting the oem fan back in but that does not work. i tried 3 fans but the same thing keeps on happening.  ACIDMODS PLZ HELP I CANT GO A DAY WITHOUT MY 360 I LOVE IT TO DEATH i need your help

Does the 360 power on....? you said everything BUT the 360 powered off so...

looks like something got shorted, like a power line to GND......


thats not good, take out everything and see if it will turn on with just power good luck man

hope you figure it out, 360s aren't cheap

i think that all the stuff he put into the 360 just wont work, the 360 itself should be fine. check your connections, maybe a power wire came loose? i like to put a dab of hot glue on the wires near the connections and then stick them somewhere out of the way to make sure that the wont come loose

I understand your love for your 360, but youre gonna have to go without it for awhile
from what i can tell you are SOL... if the fans arent spinning, its dead =/
it doesnt trun on at all? no ring of light? a ring of death maybe?

did you have to solder any wires to the mobo to tap into power? if so, show us where you did it

yes it turns on, i think soming is shorting out the fans but what i know nothing about 360 mobos.
i have my friends xbox its RR but for for it locks up it powers up my fans. so it has to be something on the mobo damn

sound like u 2 things
1 u burnt the fuse that power the 5v
2. u have a bad connection to the mobo where the 5 v fans connect to!

P.s Never do the 12 v mod u will get banned from Xbox live =)

i did the 12v mod but im not going to use my box on live till i can fix the real problem
is there a way to fix the fuse, or rewire the fans pins to a 5v or lower point on the mobo if this can be done will it still ban me
