i have a LG UX145 from uscc and i was wondering if i can  get ringtones and wallpapers becuase when i try to send them to my phone i never recieve the txt msg and my phone can recieve msgs so im just wundering if it can get em

It's not a txt you receive, it's a picture message. If you can't get pic msgs then you're outta luck.
There's other ways, using programs and such, though.
