red ring help but also weird

ok i went to fix a RR and the after screwin the new bolts in i put the fan over the cpu and the fan  isnt moving any ideas

maybe thats the cause of the rrod, the fans quit and it got to hot.

not really. i went to fix the red ring problem which had no xclamps do to a previous fix where the bolts were drilled from the metal casing to the motherboard and i thought that was weird well i plugged it all in and it would start up and u would hear it start up then shut down but not power down cause the rol board was still lit and that was the weird part so i took apart the bolts away from the metal and board and relocated to where i have had success in the past and now when i turn on the xbox it blinks the 3 colors and the fan works along with the dvd drive (you can hear it move alittle lol ) ok here's another ¿ the xbox does'nt get hot at all but red ring is still there and i did the cleaning to have a mirror like image and like i said i have atlease 20 red ring fixes does anyone know anything to help it would be helpful thanks

see i thought the same but they had the plastic washers inbetween but i dont know i dont even know if scooby doo can figure out this mystery lol can any explain why they 3 red rings still show up ¿

 my bet is that you have a genuine rrod. The chips have pulled off the board far enough so that the temporary fixes you put in place no longer work. I'm too much of a noob to help you anymore, hopefully someone with more experience will chime in soon.
