Whats there like a website hoster? i just need a basic website with a couple of tabs and a domain name

Domain names cost money, unless you want a subdomain.
SMF is for forums, you don't want it.

Your best best is a webs.com site.

sorry, I was thinking forums, as kicks said something like freewebs.com etc will do free webhosting with a simple template
