ok im not sure if this is the right place to put this but today my friend called and said he just got the 3 red rings and its warrenty has ended i wanted to know if it has and extended warranty for RROD he said he looked it up on there sight and said it would 145 dollars but i dont know. or if there isint warenty can you give me a link on how to fix it. and also a link on how to fix the e-74 error. Thanks

microsoft gives you  3 years of warranty fo rthe RROD if the console was made in 2005-2007 hes out of luck. You will need to do the x-clamps mod, for e-74 you wil need to reflow the hana/ana chip

thanks he figured out it has warrenty and is sended it in and ill reflow my motherboard.
