16 Led Light failed help not blinking.

I make 16 led sound reactive but it's not blinking. anyone knows where is the problem? i follow this tut. http://endlessparadigm.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=23014. and anyone if you have free time can please make i drawing where can i put the wiring if im going to make a 16 led again.. because i have a problem with the d-pad and arrow key it's not soft when you press it's hard.. here is my 1st MOD the chotto cam is failed the 4th pin in usb is remove but the usb is working properly.

Please don't jump to conclusions, we don't know if his sound still works.

Try and reverse the direction of your LEDs.

if you have sound... you dont need to bridge the sound fuse. if you have sound test the psp without the faceplate. the pressure may be causing a short somewhere. if thats not the problem do was fOOKZ says. see if your LED's are in backwards lol.

what LEDS are sound readtive on your psp? if they are the ones in the video... like the buttons and the umd door... you may have a short. if your LEDs are touching a power source(a short), the leds will be a solid color and not blinking to the sound.

I have a sounds in my psp and about the short circuit i think it's not a problem also because my battery  is not draining.. Here is what i observe when i open the Psp the light is on. i played music it's not sound Reactive. the light is just stayed on. But when i press the Silent button the light is Off it's like a switch to off the lights hahaha.. help please how to fix it to become sound reactive..
