FullMetal Alchemist, Initial D, Ghost in the Shell, Akira, Ninja Scroll, Vampire Hunter D, Grave of the Fireflies... standards, but my favs, really the only ones I'll watch... though I have seen the entire Ranma 1/2 series, thanks to my sister-in-law having her wisdom teeth pulled...
