pspgo sound problem

hi friends i have a big problem my pspgo has no sound at all speaker and headphone and the sound icon it just grey color please help  :beg:

you might have blown the sound fuse
Try bridging it if you know how to

you sure its jsut not muted or sounds not going through bluetooth? or try to reset the PSP. Settings > System Settings > Restore Default Settings.

yes if it was the sound fuse you wouldnt be getting a grey sound icon. you would still have the normal volume meter funtion.

Like sammy said check to see if its not muted or if its not transmitting the sound via Bluetooth.

Also do you have any kind of CFW (LCFW) installed on your PSP Go?
