I saw this awesome youtube video and was wondering if anyone knows how I can create one of these (of course on smaller scale)

that video should explain it, the copper is exposed so when the water is sprayed on the board, it bridges the pos and neg of the LED to light up.

they have shot glasses that light up when you pour a drink in them, maybe those could be useful
