I have a board that has a defect, I've changed the left joystick but it stays down, when I push it down it goes up... do you have any idea where the defect comes from?

Hello, I have a problem with the xbox one 1708 controller, it is a controller that had a damaged choke on the power board and numerous short circuits on the analog board, the choke was replaced, the short circuits on some capacitors stopped and the controller works properly via wire, but the problem is with the wireless connection, it does not connect either to the console or even via bluetooth, it is not detected at all in the new devices available. The pairing button works and the pad blinks in pairing mode but unfortunately it does not connect. The update has the latest one installed.
