hallo guys

i buy some used controllers i see this jumper between 2 capasitor
plz any one can tell and explan for what we need to make this

lines 5v usb and 5vext are shorted together since 5v usb line is already dead.

ok but what mean if 5v usb are dead ???
mean the controller is not charging and with pc no connection only power ON ??
