Bdm 020 not charge

so I have a bdm 020 that sometimes doesn't charge the battery, while if I put the same battery in another controller it charges easily, another thing I noticed, that if I put a charged battery in the bdm 020 it discharges itself without turning it on while not in others? are you saying they could be the trigger motors?

If i reflow dialog da9087 could the problem be solved? Or better replace the chip?
