Barebones Question

I was looking for a pretty decent barebones kit for an affordable price and I came across this

I know that I still need a moniter and a operating system, but do you think that this would be a good buy. I dont need a computer that can run every game out because I dont play games on the computer much, so the computer dosent need to be too powerful...                       
      But decent is good.
