super noob looking to do dual nub mod
« on: January 26, 2008, 11:11:10 PM »
Well, i've been reading tuts and watching videos, but the videos are just people using the dual nubs and the tuts confuse me because I have no experience in hardmodding or soldering. I guess that the best thing for a dual nub is a razor, and I'm fairly certain that I have to either move the ac input or make the usb the charger(again, I've read tuts and watched videos but still makes no sense). I'm fairly smart and I'm sure if some one could give me the low down lol, I'd be able to do this. My father is very good at soldering and connecting wires and stuff, so when I visit him I'll probably have him help me. Also, What do I need to buy to do all of this?:beg: thanks and sorry if this has already been posted (i'm sure it has lol)     :dntknw:

you can get a extra powerboard online and practice soldering to that with the razor before hand and that way if you mess up you don't ruin your psp

no they are all the same nubs.  and as far as I know nobody else sells them. if you want to you can make your own, radioshack sells an etching kit that you can use to make some.
