Quick Question...

For Soldering a Wire (Kynar) to like a piece on the mobo or powerboard do i need that flux or paste or can i just use a solering iron and wire and thats it

You can use rosin-core solder, but I always use flux. It makes for a much cleaner, easier to use joint.

yea the flux is much much better, solder wire is just to hard for psp.

i have flux but now i noticed i practically dont use it anymore as i am getting more skilled in soldering :cool:

its nice to have but i hardly ever use it
lol i have a system set up
so im good to go
the only time i ever need it is if im on a bad roll or if its a bit of a gap then it will be easyer
