we've been paying a fair bit MORE than that in australia for quite some time now

please do so, petrol is about £1.08 a litre. about $2.16 a litre. and i hope you can vouch for me ^_^

well i use petrolprices.com or whatever its called so i go to the cheepest which is 105.9p/litre but the most expensive in the area is 117.8p/litre

1 US gallon = 3.78541178 liters

so
$3.42 = 1 gallon
about (i rounded)
$0.90 = 1 liter

1 gallon = 1.73304956 British pounds
1 liter = 0.456065673 British pounds

i shall make it easy for me to buy a gallon at 105.9p/litle it would cost me about 400.9p = $7.942

so i basically pay double what you do for petrol and its at a cheep stage at the minute over christmas it was regularly like 112p+

I'd rather put it into how far I go on a dollar.
I go about 5 miles per dollar and drive at MINIMUM 20 miles a day. Thats from Home>>School>>Work>>Home
Now the motorcycle on the other hand goes 12.5 Miles per dollar

we drive on diesel.

diesel is cheap and we can drive 25KM on 1 liter
EU rocks with diesel.

diesel is not cheap in the us. its about $3.50, but its not as subject to the wild price fluctuation's that regular is.

well i said i would post a picture. and this wasnt a totally empty yank there was a tiny bit of petrol left so add about another £3 -£6 for that bit.

thats 8.73 gallons

i can get about 190-220 miles out of a full tank thats if its mostly motorway driving

i did all teh convewrsions (gas prices converted , my gallons to his pounds on how much it woukld cost to fill up my car)
i did everything right cause my teacher hecked me
it would cost me in conversion to teh dollar abou700 to 800 bucks to fill up my tank

ok so lets say it cost 6 pounds per liter.. so then my cars 16 gallons would be 60.57 liters
so 6X60.57=363.42
ok so teh conversion rate would be
363.42£ = 719.06$

well i was a bit off owell lol

i was talking litre lol that for a gallon would be beautiful. The only people who use gallons/miles i think are the US. (guys always have to be different.)
