ok well im actuly good at soldering, i just nvr learned how to use flux so that kindu screws me
i got "non-spill paste" Rosin soldering flux from radio shack. and i dont know wut im supposed to do with it, i have tried putting it on the wires and then soldering on the board but the flux just metls right away, i have also put the flux right on the board, but it melts too
i cant find any tuts on google on how to use flux (kindu amazed at that) and anyway im trying to put some leds on my so the soner the question aswered the better :D

Just dip the wires in it and pull it out. What the flux does is make the surface more acceptable to solder, and make sure on the Leds you dont use too much solder, you may drown them.

soldering LED's is nothing more then putting butter on a knife :P
i just cant get the darn flux to work, wen i put the flux on my wires and try to solder my iron like sucks all the solder off the wire and the solder wont go on the wire and the flux turns to a liquid form.

i use a flux pen you apply it before soldering wait for awhile then solder and the solder will flow like a dream.
