hmm, what do u mean? if you have something pluged in the wiimote while its in the home screen, the wii mote wont work, but the leds should work as long as its plugged in and ther is power in the wiimotemake sure u have + on + an - on -btw, welcome to AM
Robin I r sorrieez.
you can tape the insides black and that should work
i dont think u understabd loland dude i got 3mm leds in my nun chuck and it work fine..im using a blue led, are u using tmandts tut to wire it up?
i tried putting in a weaker led and it works, however i can barely tell i installed an led. so idk why it wont work. ill just hae to take it out unless anyone has any tips for making an led seem brighter
I don't see the misunderstanding (maybe it's you?)He saidThen I said
well the tape actually prevents bleeding so not much there but thanks. ive come to a conclusion that the 3mm led i was using handled too much voltage or current. im positive i didnt jump any point on the board. i found that out while testing it a second time. the reason the other led works is because it is weaker. thus less voltage/current needed to drive the led. so basically im going to hold off on this until i can find a better solution. im going to be working on some other things and maybe ill stumble across something better.
theres a much easier solution, just simply use a resistor to reduce the amount of current the led is receiving
