put my psp back together again

well i took it apart and never put it back till yesterday from 6pm-3am i worked on it. i put the leds in lol i mess up the small fuses on the power board now my right leds stay on all the time and they are very bright , cant turn um off unless the batt is out lol. solder my nub to the mobo hardest shi- ever! the copper pad would come off when i touch them with the iron.  but i did it works fine now. when it was all done i was awwed in wow sweet it looked ill post some pic later.

can some tell me how to make the psp faster it take about 1 min to turn on and 1 min to turn it off its pissin me off will pandora fix this or will updating it fix it need help

dude try to disable any plugins that are enabled because they may be causing that problem.... and check the cpu speed maybe its set tooo low.

Can you access your psp?

if so do you have custom firmware?

if so then use upms installer to make a magic memeory stick and a magic battery (pandora ) to fix any problems you may have.
