) Ok so here is what you need to do; here are the diagrams you will need to fix this:

The four little holes under R21 are the controll lines of the leds (numbered and black) the other line is common and can be jumped from anywhere it is marked (red lines)
to solder to those holes you will need to scrape them, however I have seen your scraping and it leaves a lot to be desired. get a razor blade, or a jeweler's screw driver and ever so slightly scrape at the green coating that is over the holes. I should take you several minutes of very light scraping to expose the copper which will be a yellowish color. The stuff you are scraping is called solder mask and is like a thin layer of paint that protects the circuit board from solder in the manufacturing process.
