changing UMD to speaker..

hey, how would i replace the umd to a speaker. (umd is useless).

In simple: remove the UMD drive, Cut your UMD door to size of your speaker, solder your new speaker to the current psp stock speakers.

is there speakers you recommend? or just use regular head phone speakers.

No no use a regular speaker, not headphone speakers.
And use an LM386 or other amp, so you get louder sound.
