Charging DS compatability...
« on: December 13, 2008, 04:16:11 AM »
Hello,
I need to buy a UK charger for NDSL, but im confused about the specifications. surely a ds lite charger is a ds lite charger?

I am going to buy a charger that has these specifications -

Input: AC100-120V 50/60Hz 8VA
Output: DC5.2V 450mAh
Package include:1*Nintendo DS Lite AC Power Adapter Charger (England)
Compatible with:Nintendo DS Lite

And my battery says -
3.7V 1000mAh Li-ion battery (nintendo, not 3rd party)

SO would the charger im going to buy be good for my battery?

NOTE: this may seem a Nooby question but at least i know what im talking about right? lol...

Thanks for your help,
Dazzerr

Yes it should be fine.

I got my charger that was a from JP.
And it was one of them universal changing ones.

I think all DS Chargers are universal.
