I'm sure the next thing this kid will do is shoplift and pretend his mummy did it.

Maybe when you are a bit older you would realise what an insanely stupid punishment this is, like the fact that parents get prosecuted when their children skip school.

Maybe hat was a bit oveer the top, but your general idea is right. The kid should know better than to get in a family car and drive it into a tree/bush/random annoying person. Child endangerment? More like stupid kid.

Well this goes back to my statement of my little sister sealing my dads gun and shooting people. Just cause the kid did it does not make it the parents fault. If it were they way over half the parents in the world would be in prison.

Yeah that is pretty stupid. Too bad the law thinks it's wrong to put kids in jail. I mean, if they're blaming GTA, then they (including the kid) need to realize that it's just a game. It's not real. Anyways, they should throw the kid into some detention center for a short while and let the father out.
