Maybe sanding the bottom is why there is no contact, and sanding the sides makes it wiggle around... If it's fitting loosely you're not supposed to sand it even more.
I usually don't have that much trouble with DX buttonsIf you have done a faceplate or case swap, are you sure that it isn't the faceplate that is messed up?
Yea asterix faceplates are flawless. I would buy buttons from coolmods as they are pretty reliable for good quality.
but they look exactly the same as the DX ones... Aren't they the same?
Yea they are similar in looks, but at DX there products are of a low standard and you sometimes get buttons that won't fit and little imperfections like that. Whereas at coolmods it's pretty much guaranteed to be perfect.
That's Boss, I'll try and order some, once I get the cash.
Just so you know CoolMods isn't that good when it comes to quality... I can't stand my 30 dollar faceplate. Used it for like an hour and I had to switch back. Not bashing them or anything, I know that imperfections do exist, but just telling you not to get your hopes up.
Yeah. Asterix used to sell buttons, but I'm not sure if they still do.
Just to throw this out, i thought that asterix dont work with OEM buttons or anything of it, dont they have like custom buttons?
