Its only for xBox i am pretty sure. Also its just a pic.. Just go to a 99 cent store find a toy with like LED show kinda  thing and take it apart and put in a psp. Or do it the hard way and write a code for it and program a pic.

Good advice,
Lots of things have been figured out on the PSP, im was pretty sure some1 figured this out :P
Maybe I should use PulseVU, but it probibly wont be as awesome as XERC :P
Any toy suggestions? I cant find any =.=
Maybe one of those cellphone light shows you see in the mall, nah. not what Im looking for =.=
