P/S: im thinking of green or blue,bcoz if i put red with blue,only red will light up!!(red drains more current than blue,ive tried it!!)

Do blue, to suit the triggers, I like 1 colour led's ;). Otherwise it looks crappy and cheap.

red doesn't drain all the current from the blues, it uses all the available voltage, what you need to do is limit the voltage going to the reds by increasing the amount of resistance in the leg of the red LEDs, so that the blues can get more voltage...

I like it, mine only has the clear faceplate and the umd door mod, I attempted to do the trigger lights but :censored:ed up my power bord :(

it happened to me to,no power n charging leds..... when i check with a multi meter the leds were fine,so i search for the fault, i just jump a wire and all is ok now...(it must be a fried someware....) but all ok now!! :tup:

But then that would make the reds dimmer.
I haven't had trouble with blue LEDs. If you use the same colour for everything you won't have any problems.

True, using the same color for everything eliminates this problem, but this solution doesn't make the reds dimmer, the problem is that red LEDs use slightly less than 2v for power and blues use slightly more than 3v, because the reds use less voltage, the flow of electricity takes the path of least resistance, ie the red LED leg. by adding more resistance to that leg you lower the voltage that reaches them making it closer to their true operating voltage, and because you have increased the resistance, this changes the path of least resistance, and the flow of electricity will change, allowing the blues to light... trust me it works...

i went for the green cause of the power and when u play online my triggers light up green and the power and that wi-fi its really nice looking :)

new psp arrived yesterday!!! updated to 3.40OE-C and goin to put green on tha trigger!!! :winker:

That makes perfect sense.
Not that savvy with electronics, wouldn't have thought of that straight off. Usually just get my dad to explain things to me :P

this is my psp so far, i got trigger mod also but i need a new powerboard cause i overloaded it, and i craked the screen when i droped it, im not fixin that yet. lol i always ruin stuff . i also think the confederate was funny

spray paint... try krylon for plastics... works pretty well

I recently orderd : a new analog (as you can see it has broken off) and i also orderd a new transparent faceplate, I am not sure if i am going to put led lights in it yet cuz im not sure how and i dont wanna F it up.

Well, most of this has been done for ageeessss... I just really can't be bothered putting my PSP back together. The UMD door isn't installed and I don't really like it coz I scratched it a couple of times when sanding. I'm holding out for the clear case and/or Razor.
