I think that when u hit repair it messed with the Master boot record, im not too familiar with Dual booting on 1 HDD, I never really saw a point since i always had so many computers, but i relly think it messed with the booting part of the partition

You didn't dual boot, that's why.

You have to have vista installed on the first hdd, then install W7 on the second hdd.
Continue using W7 to finish the install.
Pop in the vista disk and fix the MBR using it. The repair option.
Boot into vista and download EasyBCD.
Add a new Windows option to the MBR and set it to (hd1,0). I don't remember how it asks you to add it, but that will be your W7 hdd address if you need it.
Bam...you're dual booting.

Nah I was out all day. Let's see if I can make it simpler...

Format the 1tb hdd clean.
Shut down the computer.
Put in your windows 7 disk.
Install windows 7 onto the 1tb hdd.
Restart and finish the installation.
Shut it down and put in the vista disk.
Boot into the vista disk.
Choose the repair option and do that.
Restart into vista like always. It shouldn't ask which to boot into.
Download a program called EasyBCD. http://neosmart.net/downloads/software/EasyBCD/EasyBCD%201.7.2.exe
Open it up and go to Manage Bootloader.
Make sure 'reinstall the vista bootloader' is checked off and hit Write MBR. Back up your settings.
Go to add/remove entries.
Go down and click windows and select vista/longhorn and choose the drive letter of Windows 7.
Click add and then hit save.
Go to change settings.
Change the name of the Vista/Longhorn entry to Windows 7 and hit save.

You're done.

Build 7100 was the Release Candidate if I remember correctly.

It's not the full version that's being sent to manufacturers, though. I think. I'm not sure.
You can use Norton Ghost (I think that's what it was called) to copy a full HDD over to a new one.

Can you not just go to My Computer and copy all the stuff from one HD to the other?...
And build 7100 is a RC. It has everything the final has its just that it will stop working in august 2010. (Unless you hack it)

Can't be helped. You corrupted your flash drive.
That means the filesystem is corrupted. You're not gonna be able to retrieve it.

Try using linux to access it. If not, research if there's any programs to do it (I doubt it but try). If not, you're screwed basically.
