standard SD cards with photofast cr5300

If the photofast cr5300 were taken out of it's case would it be possible to wire the microSD card slots to 2 or more regular SD card slots. The only reason I wanted to do this is because amazon was sold out of cr3100's and microsd cards are still pretty expensive.

This is the one i was talking about. I was wondering if I could take the cr5400 out of it's case and wire it to regular SD card slots instead of the microSD cards.
