PSP 1000 HELP

What happened:
My relatives in the philippines askes us to buy them a psp, so we buy them a psp 1000. As years gone by, they call us and say its broken, the claim to have droped it, IDK how may times or how hard, so i tell them to send it to me to have for my own and im hopeing i can fix it and have another PSP 

Problems:
-When i turn it on........
     -Only stays on for about 20 sec.
     -Screen dosn't turn on
     -The welcome noise thingy dosnt make any noise
(That must have been one big of a drop  )

Any suggestions to whats goin on or how to fix?

Maybe It Dosent Charge
Maybe The Backlight Clip, Is Loose, Or Broken, Or The Fuse
The Speakers May Be Broken, Loose, Or The Connection Is Torn, IDK

ok It Might Just Be Me, But Isnt That All The Symptoms Of Being Bricked,
-The Screen Stays Dark
-You Wont Hear Nothing, How It Stays On The Black Screen
-And It Will Only Stay On For Awhile Then Turns Off
And Your Memory Card Light Dosent Turn On So I Think Its Bricked, You Might Wanna Ask Around Still, But Im Just Giving My Opinion.

thats what i was thinkin too, ill just get a pandora and a mms to check,
if anyone got other suggestions, pls say
also i cant connect it to my computer via USB

ATTENTION!!!
i just been informed that this psp has been droped 10 storys down a building.
there are no scraches on the back or on the top, bottom and sides so it must have landed on the front. still got any ideas?

I say you give it too me, buddy lol, i dont know you may want to check the lcd fuse, power fuse, any other fuses, maybe the leds broke, so the memory card led broke IDK
