is this a good multi meter?

so i have recently jumped into working on electronic projects and modding my games systems and controllers. at the moment i am using a faulty multi-meter the radio shack clerk gave me because he was just ganna throw it away. but now i want to find one that will work properly and i want to know if this would be sufficient for light use?

it's just too cheap to be true. could someone with experience in choosing equipment like this tell me if i would just be wasting my money please?
