xbox dvd drive problem

i just got 5 xbox 360s and 3 work they turn on great but the dvd drives are wierd


on one of the xboxes it turn on but the dvd drives says dvd not game when i put a game and i know that its probably not the same cpu key i think but i tried all of the dvd drives that came with it can i fix that?

only if its jtagable

I would mark all the drives to the way they  came in them and then try each one in every console you might get lucky .

Mark them the  way they came so incase you do get one working you know which one it came out of or the fact you dont get them mixed up  mark the  drive and  the mother board

nahh its not jtagable so i guess its just a fancy dvd player
